Overview

The California State University, Fullerton Mathematics Colloquium is intended for a broad mathematical audience of undergraduate majors and faculty in applied mathematics, mathematics education, pure mathematics and statistics. The talks cover subjects of general interest and do not assume the audience has previous background on the topic. Two of the current themes include the "Meet the New Faculty" series which introduces the new faculty and the "Mathematicians Outside of the Classroom" series which highlight that mathematicians have fun inside and outside the classroom. The mathematics colloquium is co-sponsored by the mathematics department and the math club. To see some snapshots of the colloquium see the pictures page.
