What a 'Chaotic' Election Year!
Tuesday, September 30, 7:00 pm, TSU Theatre
In this expository lecture, where the deepest mathematics you need
to recall is how to add, I will show why, in general, whenever there
are three or more candidates, there are all kinds of unexpected election
surprises that should be, well, expected! Even more; expect to leave
this lecture worrying whether the “correct person” won
in the last important election for you, whether it was in a department
or social group.
