Dr. Suceava's research areas are differential geometry, foundations of geometry and metric geometry. He is also interested in problem solving techniques and the history of mathematics. Since the fall of 2002, Dr. Suceava has coordinated the colloquium talks at CSUF and the problem solving seminar.
