Dr. Jamshidian's main area of research interest is computational statistics. In particular, his contributions include general statistical methodology in areas of incomplete data analysis, the EM algorithm, simultaneous inference, nonparametric statistics, and regression modeling. He also enjoys statistical applications in biology and the social and behavioral sciences and has consulting experience in these areas.
